Natural crystals are gemstones with spirituality and magnetic fields. After being worn, they will remember the things that have been experienced, such as the aura of the places the owner has been to or the things the owner has experienced. Whether good or bad, these will affect the magnetic field of the gemstone itself, and ultimately affect the owner. Demagnetizing and purifying the crystal (or other stones) is to remove the negatively charged magnetic field energy absorbed by the crystal itself. The following are several demagnetization methods suitable for the Hong Kong environment.

Several common purification and demagnetization methods

Water purification method:
The water purification method is to rinse the crystal with clean water for 15-20 minutes each time. It is recommended to rinse it once every one to two months, depending on the type of crystal and the frequency of wearing it. Please note that some crystals should not be washed with a lot of water, such as red jasper, turquoise, pyrite, etc.

Sunlight cleaning method/Moonlight cleaning method:
The sunlight cleaning method is to place the crystal in a place where the sun shines directly for about half an hour to eliminate the impure magnetic field in the crystal. However, be sure to avoid flammable objects around the crystal, which can refract the light and cause a fire. The moonlight cleaning method is to place the crystal under the moonlight on a full moon night for demagnetization and purification, or choose a night when the moon and stars shine together. The essence of the starlight and moonlight can also clean the impure magnetic field inside the crystal and increase the spiritual power of the gemstone.

Note: Colored crystals such as amethyst should not be exposed to sunlight, as ultraviolet light can affect the color and make it fade.

Salt cleaning method:
If soaking, put the gemstone in a saltwater solution with a ratio of 1:50 salt to water and soak it for a full 24 hours (cannot be less), then take it out and rinse it with clean water. If buried, use enough salt to completely bury the gemstone, bury it for 6-8 hours, then take it out and rinse it with clean water. Remember to use dedicated purification salt, which is more effective than ordinary sea salt. Because purification salt must be purchased in Japan, if it cannot be found in Hong Kong, coarse sea salt can be used as a substitute.

Crystal cluster demagnetization method:

Place the crystal that needs to be purified in white crystal or crystal clusters, and let other crystals absorb the impure magnetic field in the crystal through mutual growth, and then supplement it with new magnetic fields.

“Enhancing crystal cluster demagnetization and negative array removal method”: Place four natural white crystal columns in the southeast, northwest, and northeast directions, with the tips facing the crystal cluster. This can quickly replenish the energy of the crystal cluster to help with demagnetization work (as shown in the figure below).

水晶消磁方法

天然水晶是有靈性有磁場的寶石，被佩戴之後會對經歷過的事情有所記憶，比如和主人去過的場所帶有的氣場或者主人本身經歷過的事情，無論好與不好，這些都會影響到寶石本身的磁場，最終再影響主人本身。給水晶（或其它石頭）消磁凈化是為了去除水晶本身吸附的負性磁場能量。以下幾種也合於香港環境下的消磁法

幾種常見的凈化消磁方法

水淨法：水淨法是用清水沖洗水晶，每次沖洗的時間在15-20分鐘之間，時隔一個月到兩個月沖洗一次，具體頻率視乎你佩戴的水晶品種和佩戴頻率而定。請注意有些水晶願物不宜大量水洗，如紅紋石/ 天青石/ 黃鐵礦等等

日曬清洗法 / 月照清洗法：日曬清洗法則是將水晶放在陽光直射的地方，讓陽光照射半小時左右，以消去水晶;裡的不潔磁場，不過要避免周圍有可燃物通過水晶折射而點燃產生火頭。月照清洗法則是月圓夜將水晶放在月光底下進行消磁凈化，或是選擇月光星辰同輝的夜晚，星月光芒的精華也可以很好的洗凈水晶內部的不潔磁場，並且增加寶石靈力。

註：有色水晶如紫水晶不能曝哂，因紫外線會影響到色彩令其轉淡

鹽清洗法: 浸泡的話則把寶石放置於1:50鹽與水比例的鹽水中浸泡整整24小時(可多不可少)，再取出用清水沖洗擦凈即可。如果用埋藏的方法，則用可以將寶石埋入到完全看不到的程度的鹽量，埋藏寶石6-8小時，再取出用清水沖洗擦凈即可。切記用專門的御守鹽，比一般的海鹽效果好。因為御守鹽一定是在日本🇯🇵購入，如香港找不到還是可以用粗海鹽代替。

晶簇消磁方法: 將需要凈化的水晶放在白水晶或者晶簇之中，通過此消彼長的方式，讓其他水晶把水晶里不好的磁場吸走，再補充新的磁場
